3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

3.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

You may use the following model withdrawal statement, though it is not obligatory:

3.2 Sending the Goods Back

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

3.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

4. Conditions for Returns and Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unopened Products: Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition
  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
  • Good Condition: Products and packaging must be undamaged and in resellable condition

4.1 Loss of Right of Withdrawal (Sealed Goods)

Under EU and Finnish consumer law, you lose the right of withdrawal in respect of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by you after delivery. Our dietary supplement products fall within this category. Therefore, once you have broken the seal or opened the product after delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that item. You may only exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of products that are returned unopened and in resellable condition.

4.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been tampered with

5. Return Process

5.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization

5.2 Shipping the Return

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or we did not clearly inform you before you placed your order that you would bear the cost of return, in which case we shall bear the cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5.3 Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Amount

Refunds will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
  • Original standard shipping costs (if the entire order is returned)

We will deduct return shipping costs only if you did not exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

6.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Products returned in less than perfect condition (not due to our error)
  • Products with missing parts or components

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
